Louis built up extensive expertise in motivating people and driving projects.
Having a MSc degree as aerospace engineer and a genuine interest in business management, Louis followed an adventurous track filled with missions in a variety of business environments.
What binds all of these missions is the fact that they all relate to “projects”. (goal, budget and timing) and were upon completion the result of intense team work.
The content of these projects has shifted many times and touched different technologies (going from automation, heavy lifting / ship to shore, data analysis, simulations, …) and different industries (heavy lifting, offshore, logistics, beverages FMCG).
This diverse background made him take interesting approaches from one environment to the other. “In the end it’s just about projects with (maybe still to be defined) a scope, a budget and a timing, but it helps when you can work like a cameleon, easily adjusting yourself to different levels within a company or thinking strategically as well as technically.”
